ANNUAL SURVEY RESULTS

The CCSPA Member Satisfaction Survey was sent out in November 2006 and had a response rate of 58%. Members rated regulatory affairs, government relations, outreach, the Federal Government Interface and bulletins as the top 5 services they receive from CCSPA.

The top 5 issues are:

1. Canadian Environmental Protection Act (includes Categorization and Screening of the Domestic Substances List (CSDSL), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and New Substances Notifications(NSNs)

2. GHS - Globally Harmonized System for Classification and Labelling

3. Pest Control Products - same rating as #4

4. Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) - same rating as #3

5. Sanitizers and Disinfectants (Antimicrobials)
