HOTEL RESERVATIONS (deadline for reservations is July 10, 2008)

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Delta Hotel. Our group rate is $195 for a Delta Room and $205 for a Premier Room (single/double occupancy). To view these rooms, click here. The Delta is extending the same room rates to delegates who wish to book 2 days before (August 9-10) and 2 days after (August 15-16) our conference - subject to room availability at the time of booking. The hotel rate is subject to applicable city, country or federal taxes/fees that apply at the time of room occupancy. There is no extra charge for children under 18 who share with parents. There is a charge of $20/night for each extra person sharing a room.

    Premier Room

    Large indoor pool with lanes, a kiddies wading pool, saunas, indoor hot tub, a full range of Nautilus equipment, Universal gym, free weights, treadmills, stairmasters, tanning booth, bikes, Nordic track, golf simulator and more. Aerobic classes and massage are also available. The indoor pool also has access for the physically challenged.

    Laundry Services
    Laundry, dry cleaning and valet same-day service, Monday to Saturday, received before 9:00am, returned by 5:00pm. No service on Sunday. The hotel has a laundromat on-site, located in the Health Club.

    Parking
    Heated underground parking available. Clearance: 5' 11". High clearance vehicles such as vans, tour buses, and RV's may park in outdoor spots, at no extra charge. Please contact Belldesk or Security for directions. Parking vouchers issued to hotel guests upon check-in. Valet parking available upon request only. Rates: Hotel guest: $14/day self parking, $18.25/day valet parking include in/out privileges.

    Safe Deposit Boxes
    Safe deposit boxes available at the hotel through the Front Desk and may be accessed 24 hours a day. The Delta Prince Edward is not responsible for valuables left in guest rooms.

    CHILDREN AT THE DELTA

    The Delta offers a wide range of services and amenities that parents will appreciate - year-round and coast to coast:

    • Free accommodation for children 17 and under when staying with a parent or guardian.
    • Eat for free" from the special children's menu for children six and under.
    • For children, ages seven to 12 years, "eat for half price" from the regular menu, or at list price from the special children's menu.
    • Individual check-in cards are given to children to complete upon arrival.
    • An age-specific "Kids' Essentials" kit for infants to seven years is given upon check-in.
    • Front desk provides information on family attractions.

    DINING AT THE DELTA

    The Selkirk is an elegant and intimate restaurant located in the lobby, featuring excellent cuisine, continental service, and live piano entertainment nightly. Hearty breakfasts, a wide range of lunch items from seafood to pasta, and exquisite dinner entrees inspired by the bounty of the surrounding sea and land.

    The Selkirk Lounge- enjoy pre-dinner drinks or a relaxing respite from a busy day at work or sightseeing. Come back to The Selkirk Lounge after dinner or the theatre to finish off the evening with a specialty coffee, cappuccino, espresso or liqueur… a perfect end to a great night. The Selkirk Lounge offers Piano nightly from Tuesday - Saturday.
